Dr. Debra B. Morton is the Co-Founder of  Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship where she served as General Overseer of the Women's Division, Daughters of the Promise. She’s currently Pastor Emeritus of GreaterSt. Stephen New Orleans and Changing A Generation Atlanta She is married to Bishop Paul S. Morton Sr., Founder of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International (FGBCFI) where she served as General Overseer of the women’s division, Daughters of the Promise (DOP). Dr. Debra B. Morton is a charismatic leader, author, visionary and entrepreneur who participates actively in her community. She serves on the MICAH board, a faith-based organization comprised of clergy that desire to see change in the Greater New Orleans community, and initiate efforts that support this vision for change. She is also the founder of the DBM Arts and Entertainment Summer Camp, a low-cost camp for youth that focuses on strengthening them in both the arts and academics, and she is currently rebuilding a parent child center that was destroyed in Hurricane Katrina.
